Necessity for organizing economical education is determined by the aim to handle the mechanism of taxation in connection with permanent changes in tax system, imposition of special taxation regimes for agro-industrial complex for more effective implementation of budgetary functions. In present circumstances of civilization formation, the problem of educational activity gets universal character and appears as one of a plurality of methods for achieving the aim. In market economy the need for updating and expanding knowledge, as well as for workers of the modern type increases. The result of mentioned aim will be the effect of education estimated on the base of the degree of effectiveness in economic and society meaning for people who got education. Hence the main conclusion is that continuous education is the process for increasing educational (general and professional) ability of individual during the whole life. Continuous education is considered as comprehensive, individualized by time and rates of orientation. Global, federal and region educational objectives find their reflection in educational activities of institutions of education.
