METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING A HIERARCHICAL SYSTEM OF MULTI-PRODUCT MODELS FOR OPTIMIZING THE TRAFFIC OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS BY MANAGING THE LOCATIONS FOR RAW MATERIALS PROCESSING

Annotation

An algorithm for improving the infrastructure for producing concentrated organic fertilizer, as well as for supplying on the basis of integration between agricultural farms was proposed. Such indices of the efficiency for production location were considered as net cost of the produced organic fertilizer, costs for transportation of raw material (manure) and (or) final product (organic fertilizer), profitability of crop growing using produced organic fertilizers, level of organic security of agricultural areas by organic fertilizers. The main principles for locating the production of high-quality organic fertilizers were substantiated, and hierarchical system of multi-product models for optimizing the traffic of organic fertilizers by managing the locations for processing the raw materials were developed. To optimize the traffic of organic fertilizers three modifications of economical-math models were proposed. The main methodology principles for using multi-product models for optimizing the traffic of organic fertilizers and the approaches for managing the locations for raw materials processing were developed. For each level of hierarchy the background information were presented, as well as the results of realization of the given level. The background information for forming economical-math models in the context of enterprise was shown. On the base of development and implement of hierarchical system of multi-product models for optimizing the traffic of organic fertilizers by managing the locations for raw materials processing, the complex of recommendations for improving the process of manure processing to produce high-quality organic fertilizer in order to increase the level of organic security of agricultural areas and profitability of crop production was proposed.
