STATUS EVALUATION AND DIRECTIONS FOR ACTIVITY OPTIMIZATION OF THE STATE LAND RECLAMATION ESTABLISHMENTS (OVERVIEW)

Annotation

The activity appraisal of federal state land reclamation and rural water supply establishments situated in the Far Eastern, South and North-Caucasian Federal Districts subordinated to Russian Ministry of Agriculture Department of Land Reclamation was done. The status and technological equipment of land reclamation systems is considered. The ratio of managerial and operating personnel at agencies and their branch offices is determined. The necessity of costs for land surveying and acquisition of fixed assets is evaluated. The directions for optimization of the establishments and the main measures for its realization are outlined.
