ENVIRONMENTALLY-SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT FOR NATURAL-TECHNICAL SYSTEMS OF SMALL RIVERS

Annotation

The problem of management for natural-technical systems of small rivers on the basis of technical and organizational measures including the organization of complex environmental monitoring of water and land resources is considered. The assessment of a current ecological state, problems of water use and experience of restoration of the small rivers in the steppe zone of South Russia is made. The particular directions of such measures are considered by example of the river Kagalnik Azovsky, as one of the typical small rivers of the steppe zone of South Russia. One of the possible schemes for integrated management of water and land resources use for the most ecologically intense site of water consumption in the watershed is offered. Particularly the structure of system for integrated watershed management, as well as the complex of hydrotechnical measures for channel and watershed is cited. The certification procedure for the objects of construction and business activity, as well as the implementation of the audit system for technical and environmental safety of economic and other objects on hydrographic network and watershed area is offered.
