APPROACHES TO DETERMINING THE TECHNICAL LEVEL OF MELIORATIVE SYSTEMS AND JUSTIFICATION OF GENERATIONS OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The historical data on creation and operation of meliorative systems were study . The classification on generation development adjusted for the law of stage development of technical objects and the law of function expansion was suggested. The methodological approach to the determining of technical level of meliorative systems and justification of generations of their development was offered. The coefficients of relative significance for the evaluation of technical state and level of meliorative systems were determined. Three methods of generalized assessments were specified: the first method – for criteria with the equal dimension; the second method – for particular indices measured in quantitative scales; the third method – for particular indices with own dimension measured in quantitative scales. As a result of the work the approach for determination the vector of the technical state of systems and their elements was justified. The approach is suggested to use on the stage of ranking and selecting the typical system for every considered historical period of its operation which allows determining the coefficient of reaching the reference values of technical level.
