INVESTIGATIONS OF FILTRATION CONTROL AND OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY FOR EARTH HYDRAULIC STRUCTURES (OVERVIEW )

Annotation

The paper gives the retrospective analysis of investigations for earth hydraulic structures – canals and earth dams. It is noted that different antifiltration means are applied for the filtration control at earth hydraulic structures. The main problems are considered. Perspective directions for research in the enhancement of antifiltration protection for earth hydraulic structures have shown.
