SAFETY STATUS AND SECURITY FEATURES OF HYDRAULIC STRUCTURES FOR LAND RECLAMATION APPOINTMENTS

Annotation

The article presents the questionnaire results for organizations which are subordinated to the Land Reclamation Department of Agriculture Ministry of Russia for land reclamation and agricultural water supply for evaluating the actual status of the security sector for hydraulic engineering constructions. Estimated costs of work on calculating the size of the probable harm resulting from an accident in hydraulic engineering constructions as well as cost of development and examination for its safety declaration are given. Features of the insurance hydraulic engineering constructions for reclamation purposes are reviewed.
