Annotation

The results for studying of soil properties of Bataysk were given. The incisions were placed in different functional areas of the town: in the central city park, in residential areas on Bataysk’s outskirts in the valley of the Don river. The effect of the city on morphology and physical properties of soils is presented in the article.
