Annotation

Legal bases for the provision of services for water supply for irrigation of crops with Federal State Budget Establishments and its branches are considered in the article. Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of flat-and two-part tariffs is conducted; calculation of the cost of services for water supply for irrigation of crops is provided.
