IMPROVEMENT FOR NORMATIVE AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OPERATION OF DRAINAGE FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

Annotation

The article deals with the problems and prospects of operation for drainage for reclamation systems. Difficulties in operation, resulting from loss of generality, technological and administrative boundaries on drainage systems are noted. Proposals are given to dealing with them. The analysis of existing regulatory and methodological documents for exploitation to land reclamation drainage systems is given. The need to develop a single document in field of standardization, which would ensure the establishment of organizational and technological requirements of the rules of operation and repair of all types of drainage, is concluded.
