GULLY MODELING FOR FOREST RECLAMATION PURPOSES
- Land Reclamation, Recultivation, and Land Protection
The aim of research is the development of a computer program “The control of irrigated agrobiocenoses productivity” for the operational management of irrigation regime of crops, which will allow to determine the need of agricultural crops and crop rotation in general in water for years of various rainfall availability. It included planning algorithms, the experience of solving those questions of agrocomplex optimization which can not be mathematically modeled (selection of a site, sorts, soil tillage systems, harvesting methods, etc.). Decisions that can be justified by calculation are made on the basis of mathematical models (planning and operational adjustment of irrigation and fertilization of crops, forecasting yields and agrochemical characteristics of soil). To provide information support for both agrocomplex planning algorithms and mathematical models, a variety of data banks that allow recording field passports, reference books on weeds, pesticides and other chemical and biological products on the personal computer have been used. The basis of productivity programming is the determination of the crops potential yield under the emerging natural and climatic conditions of a given region. Further development of crop production programming is directly related to precision farming, and the developed computer program designed to prompt support decision making on adjusting irrigation regimes depending on the variability of fields will allow to use water more rationally, to meet the needs of crops and thereby increase the productivity of irrigated hectare.
Key words: productivity control, precision farming, yield programming, irrigated agriculture, computer program.
