GULLY MODELING FOR FOREST RECLAMATION PURPOSES
- Land Reclamation, Recultivation, and Land Protection
The aim of research was to develop the management system of technological development of crop production in the Russian Federation on the basis of techniques classification by the following stages: forecasting and planning; introduction of managerial decisions; support, monitoring and assessment of efficiency. According to these stages three groups of control functions with the similar names and the fourth group – megamethods performing a set of functions for controlling the technological development are distinguished. When designing a system, a monographic, an abstract-logical, an economic-statistical, a regulatory, an expert, an analytical-constructive, an economic-mathematical methods have been used. The control methods classification construction has been carried out on a hierarchical principle; classification objects and their groupings have been assigned numerical codes, ensuring their unique identification within the system; a method has been accepted as the lowest classification object. A specific task of the study was the systematization and classification of control methods for their use at the stage of the problem diagnostics. The group of methods for problems diagnostics united 36 methods and it was divided into five subgroups: the methods of problems, objectives, functions decomposition; the methods of comparative analysis; the methods of factor analysis; the modeling techniques; the forecasting methods. As an example of a practical application of the system, a scheme of increasing crop profitability using the method of “a tree of objectives”, which provides a triunique task solution: material and monetary costs saving; reduction of labor costs for production; increasing the revenues from sales of products.
