OPTIMIZING THE DISTRIBUTION OF WATER RESOURCES FOR DIFFERENT LEVELS OF TECHNICAL SCHEME OF RAYGOROD IRRIGATION SYSTEM

Annotation

The article deals with the research on optimal distribution of water resources for different levels of technical scheme of irrigation system and different plans of scenario studies on the base of using economically substantiated demands for irrigation water. The block of models of optimization problems for the different levels of technical scheme of Raygorod irrigation system in the Volgograd region was developed. The block of models of optimization problems is three-level and includes four tasks of linear programming. Numerical implementation of tasks using standard algorithm of simplex-method results in production functions of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd sites hanging to the distribution canals Ð-1, Ð-2, Ð-3. Stability analysis was made by the duality theory of linear programming which showed that obtained decisions for Raygorod irrigation system were stable. At the optimal water intake to the distribution canal Ð-1 equals to 6000 thousand m³, maximal total net income for the crops and technologies under irrigation and rainfed conditions for the site no. 1 was equal to 388499.4 thousand rubles. At the optimal water intake to the distribution canal Ð-2 equals to 2000 thousand m³, maximal total net income for the crops and technologies under irrigation and rainfed conditions for the site no. 2 was equal to 107575.7 thousand rubles. At the optimal water intake to the distribution canal Ð-3 equals to 4000 thousand m³, maximal total net income for the crops and technologies under irrigation and rainfed conditions for the site no. 3 was equal to 188992.4 thousand rubles.
