GULLY MODELING FOR FOREST RECLAMATION PURPOSES

The aim of the research is to study main organization principles, establishment and de-velopment of the land market in Russia, particularly in the Rostov region. The research revealed that significant part of agricultural lands belonged to state ownership – 260.4 million ha, 67 % of the lands of all categories. Private ownership on agricultural lands is 128.6 million ha (96.6 %), including 75.8 % (previously 78.1 %) of the citizen land shares. The dynamics of transactions on agricultural lands including sales, leases, mortgages, as well as price changes on land sites was analyzed. During the studying it is established that in the issue of market transformation the land market acts as the tool of land redistribution between owners and users for rational use of land resources. The analysis results in determine the main institutional antagonisms of the establishing period of the native market of agricultural lands. It is revealed that significant impact on the character and scale of the transactions with land sites has the dominant position of the state sector of land market as a main subsystem of land circulation.
