STUDY OF THE MILKING MACHINE WITH A PAIRED ACTION PULSATOR

Annotation

In the article the upgrade possibility of a milking machine with a paired action pulsator is considered. Thus for the basic precondition, the conditions of the maximum possible fitness of the mechanism to the features of animals, guaranteeing high efficiency and animal productivity at an exception of their disease are accepted. Theoretical research enables to explain the sequence of the formation of milk-air stoppers disturbing the movement of milk in dairy hoses at milking, and starts with the concept that milk is a liquid close to viscous-plastic one. On the basis of the specified, the scheme of the forces operating on elementary volume of milk in a dairy hose is established, and consecutive development of the theory is carried out. Newton's law is used for viscous friction. At the time fluctuations of vacuum pressure, this law permits to establish the possibility for transition of various currents from one mode to another. It was found the impossibility of laminar current formation per se in short hoses of milking machines, and the existence of four kinds of the currents replacing each other depending on remoteness from an axis of a hose. On this basis the device key parameters are calculated. To increase the efficiency of machine milking, there is the need of experimental research on dairy hose diameter extension, such as the determination of the influence of inner surface roughness of dairy hoses on the enhancement of milk movement friction, the dynamics of milk-air mix development as a precursor of milk stopper, the valuation of a maximum stress rate displacement which allows preventing a milk stopper formation while milk moving along a hose.
