GULLY MODELING FOR FOREST RECLAMATION PURPOSES
- Land Reclamation, Recultivation, and Land Protection
The aim of the research is to optimize transportation of organic fertilizers with control placement of processing points of raw materials (manure, dung) for agricultural organizations of Kagalnik district of the Rostov region by hierarchy system of multi-commodity models for optimizing transportation of organic fertilizers. The system of multi-commodity models was realized through info-analytical decision making support system and system of economic and math models of linear programming for transport type. To optimize inter-farm relations and placement of points for manure processing in organic fertilizer in Kagalnik district three clusters were separated. The proposed schemes of inter-cluster relations and selection the places for processing showed that total costs for the 1st cluster were 23.88 million rubles, for the 2nd – 19.27 million rubles, and for the 3rd – 8.21 million rubles. Total sum of costs on Kagalnik district for transportation and production of raw materials and organic fertilizers when manure processing is situated in places of manure receiving was 51.36 million rubles. At complete manure processing in two processing points the costs were 69.37 and 73.96 million rubles respectively. When manure processing was done partly in places of manure receiving and partly at the plots of raw materials processing the costs were 54.18 and 65.98 million rubles. The least expensive manure processing for the conditions of Kagalnik district is manure processing in the places of manure receiving. The most expensive was the variant with total processing in the processing points. Intermediate variant was the variant with partial processing in the places of manure receiving and in processing points. Hierarchy system of multi-commodity models for optimizing transportation allows on district and region levels defining organic provision of agricultural areas, requirements of organic fertilizers, optimizing inter-farm relations on manure production and transportation for processing and obtaining the prepared organic fertilizers.
