TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC CRITERIA FOR SUBSTANTIATION THE EFFICIENCY OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF FERTILIZER PRODUCTION AND APPLICATION

Annotation

The objective of the research is to develop a new complex approach to technical and economic substantiation of the efficiency of fertilizer production and application taking into account technological and agrotechnical criteria. Technical and economic criteria for substantiation the efficiency were grouped by the principle of belonging to technological process of fertilizer production and application. Each group of technical and economic criteria for substantiation the efficiency contains indices in monetary and physical units which characterize agrotechnological, technological, soil, ecological and economic significance of fertilizers and specifics of their activity. Depending from the type of applied fertilizer, highly specialized criteria for substantiation the efficiency of the technological process of organic fertilizer production (such as fertilizer effect, consumption of materials, consumption of organic fertilizers, degree of organic matter conversion, production volume, index of quality of fertilizer production, time index of fertilizer preparation, capital investment, index of capital investments savings, net cost of fertilizer) and technological processes of applying mineral (level of agricultural areas provision with mineral fertilizers, coefficient of mineral fertilizer efficacy ) and organic (level of agricultural areas provision with organic fertilizers, coefficient of organic fertilizer efficacy, profitability of applying) fertilizers were determined. The relation for indices of production and application efficiency of fertilizers was developed.

Keywords: methodology, technological process, mineral and organic fertilizers, economic efficiency, technical and economic criterion.
