ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF SOLID ORGANIC FERTILIZERS BASED ON SEMILIQUID MANURE OF CATTLE

Annotation

The production technology of solid concentrated organic fertilizers by means of the method of accelerated composting using the biological additives is proposed. The innovative platform for the production of concentrated organic fertilizers for the collective farm ''Rodina'' (Matveevo-Kurgansk district, Rostov region, Russia) is designed. While designing the innovative platform for the production of concentrated organic fertilizers technological, technical, economic, and hygiene requirements have been accounted, as well as environmental safety requirements in places of accumulation and storage of semi-liquid and solid manure. Based on the features of the technology the capital investments into the development of a technological line of a set of machines for the production of solid concentrated organic fertilizers are considered, the price cost is determined. The application of solid concentrated organic fertilizers increases the profitability of sunflower by 38.58 % and reaches 123.89 %, perennial grasses for hay by 6.31 % and reaches 74.48 %, maize for grain by 69.16 % and reaches 112.71 %, winter wheat by 23.57 % and reaches 59.38 %, perennial grasses for green fodder, haylage by 6.07 % and reaches 132.77 %.

Keywords: semi-liquid manure, concentrated organic fertilizers, innovative technology, method of accelerated composting, cost price, profitability.
