GULLY MODELING FOR FOREST RECLAMATION PURPOSES
- Land Reclamation, Recultivation, and Land Protection
The conversion of crop production to innovative development is very urgent in connection with the accession of Russia to WTO and increasing competition in the domestic and foreign markets. To accelerate technical and technology modernization of crop production, it is necessary to determine the strategy for development and main prospects for modernization, as well as link the processes of development with material logistics, in other words, to simulate the process. Therefore, the objective of the research is to develop the model of innovative-technological development of crop production. During the research the authors used economic-statistical, normative, calculation-constructive, abstract-logical, economical-mathematical, and other research methods. The authors made an analysis of different interpretation of innovative process and types of innovations inherent in agriculture; revealed the problems inhibiting the technological development of crop production; proposed methodical provisions for modeling technological development of crop production; determined the main prospects for innovations; gave a brief characteristic for the informational and computing complex “Model Innovation and Technological Development of Crop Production” developed by the authors; presented the results of testing the software “Model-R” and recommendations for its operation and improvement. The research results allow governing organs better managing of the innovative-technological process of crop production development; defining the optimal quantity and quality parameters for crop production development; creating an effective mechanism for the implementation of the processes of innovative-technological development in all its phases.
