Technical and biological stages of toxic waste dump forming were developed. To improve the land in dumps wood chips have to be used. Natural decay of wood chips leads to the formation of organic and mineral components to improve conditions for formation of plant communities. Burial of toxic waste should be covered with a soil layer for the growth and development of plants. The thickness of the applied layer shall be at least 1 meter. The pioneer plants were determined for reclaimed slopes. Overgrowing dumps reduces erosion.
