METHOD FOR CALCULATING POWER DEPENDENCIES IN HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS OF PIPELINES IN AGRICULTURAL MACHINES (OVERVIEW)

Annotation

The purpose of the given research was to investigate dynamic processes in piping systems of agricultural machines, to find out load mode having significant influence on working efficiency of hydraulic connections. It was stated that the use of solderless connections in hydraulic piping systems of agricultural machines will allow reducing cost on manufacturing and exploitation of agricultural machines. A tightening torque for providing the given specific pressure on mating surfaces ( γ = 0.95) in solderless connection of piping hydro systems in agricultural machines must be two times higher than that one of solder connection and it depends on manufacturing tolerance of internal diameter of pipeline as well as friction coefficient in thread and nut end. Hermiticity of solderless connections 12×0.9 mm can be provided when the level of tightening torque rates is from 20 to 70 Nm. The investigation of transversal vibrations in piping system of various length and size showed that having section length more than 0.7 meters the resonance actions may happen in piping systems. In case intermediate connections are located in the middle of the piping section there is some danger of losing its hermiticity because of vibration loading.
