For the technological development strategy of crop production, as well as the whole country's economy, it is necessary to focus on the reference trajectory of technological and economic development reflecting the common directions and rhythm of this process for all countries. Specifics of the national economy should be taken into consideration. To achieve the forefront of the technological level and production efficiency the measures for eliminating different technological structures in the country must be approved at the government level. It means to stop the reproduction of the third technological structure, selectively develop the productions of the forth one, and actively develop the productions of the fifth technological structure. The main strategic directions of the technological development of the crop production should be converted to the resource-saving technologies of crop growing which are adopted to the specific climatic conditions (application of the multi-operational equipment, high-yield cultivars and hybrids, soil-protective low-cost technologies and etc.); active implementation of ecological (bio) and precise agriculture, nanotechnologies, binary (combined) sowing of crops.
