The paper offers a new method and the calculation of the economic effect from the use of the mobile flushing device for channel cleaning adjusted for effects in productive, social, and ecological spheres. While assessing profit from the placement of scoured sediments on unusable agricultural lands it is proposed to take into account the cadastral value of local lands. Assessing economic efficiency of the new method of hydraulic flushing of channels and the device for the realization, the differences in profit forming for natural and artificial channels should be accounted. In the paper the assessment of economic efficiency of the m obile device for channel flushing has been made in open irrigation canal lining by plastic membrane-concrete. The channel-cleaning actions were combined with the improvement of the territory along canal in order to increase the cadastral value of agricultural lands. At manufacturing costs of the construction of 35743 rubles and device operating during guaranteed period (2000 hours) the economic effect for the operation of the mobile flushing device for channel cleaning comes to 3379500 rubles.
