PARAMETER OPTIMIZATION OF THE AGITATION PROCESS OF DAIRY SLUDGE LIQUID FRACTION WITH WATER BY A JET MIXER

Annotation

The research was conducted for the optimization of the agitation process of dairy sludge liquid fraction with water before the irrigation of fodder crops by the jet system placed on the suction side of impeller pump. As a research method the determination of pressures and discharges of water and liquid sludge fraction as well as their mix was used. On the basis of industrial researches by the theory of experiment planning the optimal parameters of the jet plant were obtained: pressure Õ1 = 1.0 (90 m) (supply pipeline for the operation discharge of water), pressure Õ2 = 1.0 (25 m) (supply pipeline for the operation discharge of liquid dairy sludge) and pressure Õ3 = 0 (10 m) (supply pipeline for the operation discharge of the mix of water and liquid sludge). Obtained optimal parameters for the mix of water and liquid sludge provide the maximum discharge Q1 = 24.82 l/s.
