Annotation

The paper makes a review and analysis of regulatory documentation for usage mode of water resources in the cascade of Manych reservoirs since the commencement of operation up to the present. The features of water management complex development are revealed and brief justification for creation the new rules of water resources usage mode of given cascade is presented.
