The article presents cultures and technical works conducting through the federal budget by years. The main cultures and technical events are given as well as composition of cultures and technical works on reclamation lands. The definition of cultural and technical works is given. Types of land reclamation are displayed. The types are related to cultures and technical reclamation. Regulatory support for cultures and technical works conducting is reflected.
