The aim of research is the development and practical conversion of drip irrigation systems algorithm design with the electrochemical activation module of irrigation water, which provides the possibility of solving a compromise problem taking into account the regularities of reducing the activation potential of electrochemically treated water or water solutions of mineral fertilizers. The basic materials for the indicated algorithm are well-known methods of drip irrigation systems design as well as the developed and previously published by the authors model for determining the parameters of the state of electrochemically activated water in drip irrigation system. The algorithm of drip irrigation systems design is shown to be based on the classical method of hydraulic calculation, as a result of which most of the designed system parameters are selected. In this case, the parameters of drip irrigation system are selected on the assumption of uniform distribution of irrigation water over the irrigated area. The solution of the problem ultimately results in the determination of permissible head drop at the first and last drip water discharge system and comparison of the actual pressure drop with permissible values. When the drip irrigation system is equipped with electrochemical activation module of irrigation water, in addition to the indicated uniformity of emitters outflow, it is important to assess the possibility of maintaining the activation potential of electrochemically activated water in accordance with agrotechnical requirements. Hence there comes the need to adapt the classical algorithm of drip irrigation systems design to the conditions when these systems are equipped with electrochemical activation module of irrigation water. The developed algorithm involves the solution of compromise problem of determining the technical parameters of drip irrigation system, taking into account permissible head drops and the permissible level of activation potentials reduction during irrigation.
