GULLY MODELING FOR FOREST RECLAMATION PURPOSES
- Land Reclamation, Recultivation, and Land Protection
The aim of research is to improve the anti-landslide structures from wire ties with conical and swivel tips. The research is based on technical solutions patented in the Russian Federation. The main parameters of the proposed landslide structures were selected and analyzed. For a conical tip, this is the depth, the the base diameter and the height of the tip. For the swivel tip, this is the burial depth, diameter and length of the cylindrical part. The research was carried out using the mathematical theory of experiment planning. As an optimization parameter, the pull-out force is selected. The matrices of the plan for the study of ties with conical and swivel tips are compiled. This process is described in the form of correlation coefficient and by the Fisher criterion. In the process of carrying out the research, the adequacy of the model was tested by the Fisher criterion. The estimated value of the Fisher criterion is FR = 1.876, the table value of the Fisher criterion is F = 2.637. Due to the fact that FR < F, the regression equation was found to be adequate to the experimental data at a significance level of 0.05, which corresponds to the confidence probability P = (1 – 0.05) × 100 % = 95.0 %. In the process of corrosion processes study, special attention should be given to soil grounds and measures to reduce the corrosion of wire ends made of metal.
